Yucca Glauca - Summer Delivery

The Yucca Glauca plant is the second Yucca that we supply and it is native to southern Alberta. This plant is tough as nails and will take any conditions thrown at it. It is extremely drought tolerant and it is a set it and forget it type of plant. It will work fantastically in rock gardens with full sun and very little water. As it grows to it's mature size, the plant will take on a more exotic look which is reminiscent of plants that you will find in the Mojave Desert or Las Vegas. Plant the Yucca Glauca today and you will have all of your neighbors asking what it is. We believe this plant will be an important addition to gardens in Edmonton. The plant will produce a phenomenally large flower stock in summer that will not go unnoticed. This is one of the most desired rare plants that we carry so do not sleep on your order or they will be sold out for the year. The plant is compact enough to fit in any spot. Planting instructions: Keeping a 6" thick base of 3/4" rock below the roots of the plant will go a long way in preventing root rot as the plant does not like to be wet in the winter.
